Birth Time

I have no way of finding out what time I was born. Is this absolutely important in getting an accurate chart reading?

The other option is to have a chart rectification done by a professional astrologer. Unfortunately, they're pretty time-consuming and are usually expensive.

Are you sure you've exhausted the possibilities of finding your birth time? Your state should have your birth certificate on file somewhere, or else someone in the town you were born may know the midwife or doctor, etc..

here's the thing--you can get your Sun, Moon, and the other 8 placements without a birthtime--but, if you were born on a day when the Moon was also changing signs, then that too might be something you won't know for certain.
Tell me your date and year, and whereabouts,you were born I can look it all up with a birthtime.
We can do a solar chart, which is not worthless, but--we wont know where things would be in your chart's houses, at least not the same way we would if we could use the birthtime.

Thank you so much for your response! I was born September 23, 1964 at South Miami Hospital. Hope you can help! =) I don't seem to fit the average Libra and I don't seem to be all that compatitble with the signs I am supposed to be with. Perhaps it's because I am on the cusp? Not sure.

oh--and yes, cusp babies(I'm on e too, but the other end,I'm Oct.22nd) are different.It might be your Ascendant which we don't know w/o your birthtime, but, like I say, we'll check out the rest.;-)
