Nah! I find that Venus in Cap can warm up nicely, I'd imagine with it sextile Scorp Rising it definitely would!!! Once you've gotten that goat Venus, it ain't leaving!

This is with his approximate birth time, He wouldn't tell me the exact time unless I told him what it was for.
