All of those anomaly occured with a wrong layout style. Notice when you change your appearance, you have option to choose your profile theme style, right? (Colorwavetwist, Hipster purple, Stonewashed, Overlay, Social Blue, Campaign, Fresh, Icy, ect) The most versatile theme is a"Lime." Why? Because you can change ur header, bg, side picture on ease. Yours, I think crimson. Isn't? :) or maybe not. Crimson isn't very versatile, you just have small side picture, not even a banner, and limited BG unless you change your module color into "transparent." If you still like your page theme but you just want to repeat the background, then select repeat body image- vertically. First of all resize your background image into 1000x size width with help from your picture editor. Doesn't have to be photoshop, any software! But windows paint :( I think you can't put value over there. 1000 width is a size of regular desktop wallpaper :) And it's fit correctly on my page! :)
That rule of thumb also works at banner (1000x 300 or 1000x200).
In case my page, I just put multiple pics in the row, so my background picture will be 1000 width times 3000+
I put long pictures, but you can first try to add one background picture with a right size. Try one first. :)
Once again, don't dread the green color on "lime" theme. You can customize the color later, but your page isn't flexible right now. X( And I'm not geeky enough to change the css code (if wrong, you could lose your page and doom for you!! :P) The most inflexible theme is "Graph" I try this at my super white Bday page with Sumi ink splattered Bg, remember?^^ I always sad on my Bday :( remember that XD??
That was using Graph :) And that theme have pictures of pencil and eraser which you can't modify or to make it dissapear from ur page-banner. I'm like whaaattt? XD I totally won't let that accessory running on my page 4ever!!? :P

Hmm..for ur split personalities... I think they're still related to one-ness, I mean performer and dark theatrical could be your artistic quality. Is dark theatrical means like Dark Comedy? Sarcasm? How so?
