I didn't know they came back, that's the most stubborn sign I've ever met.
Ms. Leo........scorpio males ( and maybe female scorpios) like to with hold their affections as a means of "controlling" what they fear losing...I was involved (briefly) with a younger scorpio guy (b-day 10/31) and he told me that he saw us a coup...

Scorpio's can have a way of standing back separate from a situation. He may have been testing you to see what kind of a response you would give, how you would behave (in public?), how much would you take from him... Could have been lots of differe...
