Libra, Aries, Leo
Although I think this is just their nature they are Romantic anyway. Any female can get this treatment at the onset. It's a part of the natural courtship for these guys. All in the chase.

My ex pisces was SO sweet! He's gonna make some lady really happy..
For runner-up, it's a tie between Leo & Taurus.. They both have romance in their blood, they just express it differently. The Leos I know drop a ton of cash for romance sake. Taurus is physically spoiling! They will do everything for u. Take out trash, clean gutters, mow your lawn, wash your dishes etc. I never had to lift a finger.
