It takes a lot to get me drunk. As I generally won't lose control of myself and like to be able to know what is going on around me. I tend to loosen up though and get a bit more giggly and open, I'm more willing to laugh things off and make a joke of situations. I get laughter fits and generally just end up rolling around and giggling at everything. Though I also lose my ability to reason, which sucks because I am usually the one my drunk friends come to for deep conversations when /they/ are drunk. And all I can do is nod because I've forgotten all of my good advice!
But my emotions can get the better of me really quickly, so I have to be careful - otherwise the waterworks will come along in seconds! Another reason why I try not to lose control with drinking and keep my environment under a close eye. Anything dramatic can upset me into tears - and thats never attractive!

I love this topic though more because I want to touch on Libra's when they have started drinking. A Libra friend (who I have liked for a long time) is amazing when she is drunk. She actually doesn't drink hard liquor because she can't handle it and doesn't seem to like getting heavily drunk either. (running theme with Libras?) However, she is naturally flirty by nature and this increases times 100 when she is drunk! We have even had to pull her away from groping random people - it always makes for good times. Since I am giggly when I'm drunk...I just always laugh!

My Sag friend is hilarious and loses all control, she starts to dance and sing loudly and goes red. Talking and wobbling. She also becomes really outgoing and it is usually fun to watch.

I have two Aries friends. One is tiny and lightweight, so she passes out after two drinks. The other one gets combative and playful so we usually end up wrestling until someone ends up getting hurt or humiliated somehow. She ends up laughing a lot, wanting to do crazy things, and generally just causing trouble. It's always fun! :)

My Pisces ex generally became touchy-feely. She was always quiet, so she just got a bit more introverted into herself and then would usually end up trying to start deep conversations about emotional things or would want to be intimate. So being drunk together always ended up being emotional between the two of us.

As a gemini I get very sexual and incredibly confident. I talk about anything that comes to mind, anything at all. I cuddle up to anyone, get incredibly touchy feely and befriend everything. I flirt like there's no tomorrow but if the other person suggests anything remotely sexual and tries to move me away from the main conversation and my ring of friends to go do stuff, I get so incredibly stubborn, I won't do anything they ask and shut them out like they never existed. Heh, so basically I'm a talkative tease who really really doesn't mean it, so I usually don't drink much when I'm out with friends, only enough to become more confident with my talk but sober enough to stop myself from teasing. :P

I don't know if it's all Virgos, But I get super mischievious and play harmless tricks on people. And for once, I feel like my liver, kidney, stomache, mustache, and everything else is smiling...

But I did notice once that I just look around a lot more. Just taking in what everyone else is blabing about... then I wait and slip in a zinger!
